Sam

Get a small table mic in a computer or electronics store. Shouldn't cost anywhere close to 50 dollars...

And if you're like me and you like to improvise: I use a mic which I ripped off a hands-free set which was installed in a car and was no longer in use. If you can get a mic like that, that's the best type to get as it has a very wide range.

Ida

1) After looking at the pros and cons, do you think that virtual meetings (meetings where the people aren't in the same location and made using computers and such) will become the normal phasing out regular face to face meetings? Why or why not?

2) Take a few minutes to explore the website Webex. Do the benefits sound convincing? Why or why not? Point out a few possible drawbacks or problems with web based conferencing.

Jeanne

1) so now there are a lot of business decisions taken through a computer, people in japan easily make business with those in america, after thinking about it's good and bad points, do you think that, with time meetings through a computer will be more used than face to face.
2) go to the site Webex (type it on google) does it seem to you that there are a lot of good things that come of its services? now think about the problems that may be caused by conferences held through this site.

Holly

read this:

Which says this:

There are four DIMM sockets on the system board, with two sockets per channel. The sockets are labeled XMM1, XMM2, XMM3, and XMM4. Sockets XMM1 and XMM2 operate in memory channel A. Sockets XMM3 and XMM4 operate in memory channel B.

So, it sounds like you have four slots that can be dual channeled. What you want are two PAIRED ram sets, all from the same manufacturer, all from the same lot number, if possible. Do not mix two different RAM's or used unpaired RAM.

Now the problem is, I don't see on the HP site telling me what KIND of ram you have.

Download the HARDWARE REFERENCE GUIDE for your computer. It is a PDF file. On page 2-7, your computer takes

DDR2-SDRAM DIMMs, 240 pin, unbuffered PC2-4200 533 Mhz 1.8 Volt. It supports CAS latency 4 (CL=4) for DDR2/533 Mhz.

You are LIMITED to a maximum of 1 Gig per stick, single or double sided DIMMS

This answers the question, you can have 4 Gigs of memory maximum on your computer.

If I were you, I would not try to mix HP stock memory with more new memory, but rather, buy two PAIRED RAM sets from like Corsair. Make sure they are ONLY 533 Mhz, as it appears your computer DOES NOT support DDR2 667, 800 or 1066 Mhz versions.
