web conferencing advice – video conference collaboration

I’m looking for a free phone conferencing solution which supports > 100 customers with
* recording ( nominal charge ok )
* possibly integrated with a web interface with whiteboard, powerpoint viewing by all participants etc.

* if there are local numbers outside of USA such as UK, Australia etc. are a plus

unless they support inbound calls from a POTS ( plain old telephone system ) number
